- Advocating for better training and resources for police officers, firefighters, and emergency responders
- Strengthening community connections to foster trust and accountability.
- Supporting recruitment initiatives that help first responders reflect the communities they serve
- Strengthening partnerships between Police Athletic Leagues (PAL) and schools to build positive relationships between law enforcement and young people
